A large variety of machines are available in house to cater to stringent requirements in all sectors of industry. We have CNC VMCs, Boring Machines, Grinding Machines, Specialized Boring Machines, VTLs, and Horizontal Lathes – all CNC or NC controlled.

We have capabilities to machine all different and difficult metals, both ferrous as well as non-ferrous. Separate tool bits are maintained and different materials are palletized separately to avoid any galvanic contact.

Every job is accompanied by its own Job Card and Machining Drawing. This is generated using our client’s or our own in-house ERP system.

Quality Control Inspections are done on 100% of all jobs and records are maintained and transmitted to our clients.
